What it costs
Delivery is priced on how your parts actually pack, not a flat rate.
Flat parts stack, so fifty brackets can be a single parcel. Folded parts stand taller and take more room, and the price shows that. You’ll see the number of parcels and the total weight next to each delivery option.
The price shown for each delivery option includes VAT.
Timing
Delivery time is on top of the lead time for making your parts. Once collected:
- Overnight — next working day to most main centres
- Economy — 2 to 4 working days
- Outlying areas take longer; the courier’s estimate is shown at checkout
Large parts
Parts longer than about 1.5 m cannot go on a parcel courier at a sensible price. The site will tell you at checkout and offer collection instead. If you need it delivered, email us and we’ll arrange transport.
When it arrives
Check your parts on arrival. If anything is damaged or missing, tell us within 7 days — see returns.
Somebody needs to be there to receive it. Re-delivery after a failed attempt is chargeable by the courier.
